Guideline Information: Lessons are 8 sessions for 30 minutes: 25 minutes of instruction and 5 minutes of free time. Participants may wear goggles, but not mask goggles. Participants must be accompanied into the water by their instructor. Free time will be provided following lessons for 5 minutes allowing time to practice what they have learned and giving parents time for follow-up details with the instructor if necessary. After 30 minutes the lesson time is over, participants must exit the water and depart the pool area so instructors can prepare for their next lesson. We would appreciate it if spectators sat on the bleachers, tables or chairs on deck. This allows participants to focus on the lessons being given and reduces distraction for all swimmers. Please: No gum, food, or drinks on deck (water is acceptable). Please remove street shoes before walking out on deck. Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy: If for any reason you must cancel/reschedule your lessons due to illness or scheduling conflict after lesson times have been confirmed, you will have allowed ONE reschedule per set of lessons (8); however, we must be notified 4 hours prior on the same date. Our preferred method of communication is direct contact with the lesson instructor or contacting the office (307) 347-3455. After this, any remaining lessons that need to be rescheduled will be forfeited unless it is a medical or family emergency that will be determined based on our discretion. If for any reason you do not show up for your lesson without notice, you will forfeit that lesson and will not be allowed to reschedule. If you are late for your lesson, you will not be able to extend your lesson’s end time.
